Man charged with child porn, Internet stalking to be arraigned Tuesday in Miller County

TEXARKANA, Ark. -- A Miller County man facing 231 counts of distributing, possessing or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child is on the arraignment docket for Tuesday.
