Parolee can’t be denied internet access, Pulaski County circuit judge rules

A paroled child molester cannot be completely denied internet access, a Pulaski County Circuit judge has ruled in a lawsuit brought by a North Little Rock sex offender who challenged the prohibition on First Amendment grounds.
